Windows 10 20H1 build 19030 rolls out to Fast ring Insiders

Microsoft rolled out a new Windows 10 Insider build for Fast ring testers today. This release, which is the latest in the 20H1 development branch, pushes the build number upward to 19030. In that location are no new features to check out here, but Microsoft has included a handful of bug fixes and functioning improvements.
